Assistant Director of Nursing/Clinical Educator
The Assistant Director of Nursing/Clinical Educator is a professional, Registered Nurse responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in ensuring that patient care is coordinated and delivered appropriately, to include providing supervision and orientation of nursing personnel and performing patient visits in the field when needed. As a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, the Assistant DON/Clinical Educator is an advisor to the team regarding ongoing education needs of the staff, and will develop, implement and oversee an education program to serve all levels of the clinical departments of the organization.
